High Grade Seminar

Dear Budo Friends,
I finally managed to arrange the dojo for next season and therefore I can announce the next high dan grade jodo seminar with Louis-sensei just before the EJC this year.
The date for the next trainings-weekends is:
Saturday and Sunday 24th and 25th of August 2024

For anyone new to this list, the focus of these trainings will be passing 6th and/or 7th dan Jodo examinations. Anyone facing these examinations is welcome to join. So if you feel anyone is missing in the mailing-list please forward the message. It is a great opportunity to train with other examination candidates. Let’s get to know each other and eliminate surprises. Currently we have examination candidates joining us from Germany, Belgium, France, UK and The Netherlands.

Besides the focus on the 6th and 7th dan examinations it is great to train with the dansha that have passed these exam and are present to sharpen there skills.

As usual this trainings-weekend will be held in Eindhoven, starting
Saturday from 10:30 until 17:00 hours and Sunday from 10:00 until 16:00 hours.

This is a “let’s do it together” kind of training but I need to ask a little fee (€70) to help pay for the dojo.

The address of the dojo is Theo Koomenlaan 3, Eindhoven (Hall 5 at the Fontys Sport College). The dojo is very near the indoor sports-centre where the Dutch summer seminar is held.
You can park your car underneath the building, there is a parking space there.

For those travelling by public transport you can take bus 7, 117, 317 and 318. They stop at the Theo Koomenlaan.
We have a bar with drinks and some food.

We can have a dinner on Saturday-evening  close to the dojo, if you want to join us please let me know and I’ll make reservations.
